Job Opportunity: Travel Sterile Processing Technician – Evening Shift

Position Summary:
We are currently hiring a detail-oriented and certified Sterile Processing Technician for a 13-week travel assignment in a busy surgical services department located in Arlington, TX. This is an excellent opportunity to support critical surgical operations by ensuring all instruments and equipment are properly sterilized and maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
Decontaminate, inspect, assemble, package, and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment
Monitor sterilization processes and maintain accurate records in compliance with safety and infection control standards
Operate sterilization equipment and troubleshoot any issues
Collaborate with surgical and clinical teams to ensure equipment availability and readiness
Maintain inventory and ensure all trays and instruments are complete and in good condition
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of recent experience in sterile processing
Certification required (CBSPD or CRCST)
Knowledge of infection control procedures and sterilization standards
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a high-demand environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
