What You’ll Do

As a Performance Media Strategist, you will:

• Plan, execute, and optimize Paid Search campaigns (Google Ads and Bing)
• Lead Paid Social campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Reddit
• Own campaign strategy and be the day-to-day lead for your accounts
• Present performance results to clients, turning complex data into clear narratives
• Develop targeting strategies, write compelling ad copy, and perform keyword research
• Design and interpret A/B tests, uncover trends, and implement actionable optimizations
• Monitor pacing and budgets, assist with reporting, invoicing, and reconciliation
• Stay up to date with industry trends to keep your clients ahead of the curve

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Paid Search and/or Paid Social media (agency background preferred)
• Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
• Proven track record of presenting performance insights and recommendations to clients
• Comfort with data, KPIs, and optimization strategy
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Supermetrics
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive mindset and team-player attitude
• Must be able to work Eastern Time Zone hours
• Bachelor’s degree required
