This position serves as the welcoming face of the collaborative, providing a pastoral and hospitable presence for visitors and callers. The candidate will lead a small staff while overseeing front office operations, facilitate communication, and ensure smooth daily operations while assisting with parish events, registrations, and administrative tasks. Prospective candidate must have excellent people skills, be able to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment and must be able to work well with staff and various demographic groups. Prospective candidate must also have excellent skills in organization, forethought, and communication as well as strong computer proficiencies in Microsoft Office 365 and database software.
