Job Description

We’re looking for a Junior Executive Assistant to support our CEO and help drive operational efficiency and strategic success.

As Junior Executive Assistant, you will work closely with the CEO to:

• Manage scheduling, meetings, calendars, and travel logistics.
• Coordinate internal and external communications with discretion and professionalism.
• Support relationship management with key stakeholders.
• Organize and maintain document and data filing systems (SharePoint, Dropbox, etc.).
• Participate in cross-functional projects and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Draft, proofread, and track communication—internal and external.
• Assist with personal tasks related to estate, vendors, budgeting, and reporting.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years in executive support or administrative roles.
• University degree; preferably in Business, Administration, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English (Level 9).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and cloud tools (SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Ability to prioritize, stay organized, and solve problems independently.
• Strong people skills, tact, and emotional intelligence.
• High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
