Summary

Do you love working with children, teaching and nurturing them each day? If so, CLECC may be the place for you! We have children ages 6 week to 12 years, and are looking for some wonderful people to work with our toddler and Preschool aged children. Be dependable, reliable, and love what you do and want to come to work! We have a beautiful facility on gorgeous grounds in the woods of Hebron, and we provide a fun, positive work environment!

Position are 40 hour per week, with PTO and Health benefits available after 90 days. Pay range $17.00-21.00 per hour, depending on experience and education.

Duties

Work with other teachers to implement an educational curriculum.
Lead by example; through modeling and coaching.
Plan individual and group age-appropriate activities to actively engage children and encourage social, cognitive and emotional growth.
Use of the Brightwheel app to communicate regularly with families
Follow all center policies and state regulations.

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of professional child care experience.
Strong oral and written communication skills and basic computer skills.
Ability to work well with others (staff, children, and parents) and to foster a team environment.
A strong understanding of child development.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Must clear full background check and must pass health screening. 
Must complete online health and safety course within 60 days of hire.
