Key Responsibilities:
Provide legal support for mergers, acquisitions, and corporate transactions, including structuring, negotiating, and drafting documentation.
Advise clients on corporate governance, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws, and help establish policies for managing corporate affairs.
Assist with a variety of corporate matters such as company formation, restructuring, and regulatory compliance.

We're Looking For:
A licensed attorney in Ohio
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
2+ years of experience in corporate law, including mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance, and general corporate matters

Desired Knowledge & Skills:
Experience handling mergers, acquisitions, and corporate transactions, including due diligence, structuring, and post-transaction integration.
Strong advisory experience in corporate governance, regulatory matters, and best practices for managing corporate compliance.
A basic understanding of tax concepts and securities laws is a plus.
