We’re looking for a Contracts Administrator to join our team, reporting directly to our Corporate Counsel. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of customer and vendor contracts, ensuring they are executed efficiently, comply with company policies, and protect the company’s interests.
You’ll collaborate closely with departments such as sales, procurement, and finance, serving as a key point of coordination across the business. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in contract management and negotiation. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working cross-functionally and bringing structure and clarity to complex agreements.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate effectively with the sales team to understand and negotiate contractual terms, ensuring favorable outcomes for the organization
• Directly negotiate key contract terms directly with customers, securing favorable terms and outcomes for the organization
• Deliver high-quality outputs consistently in a fast-paced environment, managing time efficiently and maintaining productivity under pressure

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree Or equivalent experience
• Paralegal required
• 2+ years in Legal Role
• Travel expected: No Travel
Location : Tampa, FL
In office requirement: 3 days a week
While we offer flexibility, this role includes an expectation of being onsite three days a week in our Tampa office to support team alignment and cross-functional collaboration.
