Responsibilities :

• Process accounts payable and receivable with speed and precision
  
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger entries
  
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
  
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain organized financial records
  
• Support audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations
  
• Collaborate with the finance team to optimize internal workflows
  

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role
  
• Knowledge of Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, Blockchain, or similar)
  
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  
• Associate’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Bachelor’s a plus)
  
• Clear communicator who can meet deadlines without micromanagement
